Ak’s qutesy doxies guarantees that the puppy/dog is in good physical health and has no visible signs of hereditary defects on this day of purchase. This does not include anything that may occur during transportation or human error. Buyers have 72 business hours from the minute pup/dog leaves my care to take the pup/dog to the vet of your choice. Pup should be checked over at that time to buyer’s satisfaction for imperfections, disease, and health of the dog. Failure to take pup/dog to veterinarian by said 72 business hours ends ak’s qutesy doxies guarantee. Ak’s qutesy doxies should be contacted with a health check. If pup is found to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, ak’s qutesy doxies must be informed IMMEDIATELY. To get a replacement breeder must first receive a copy with full description of illness from the buyer's veterinarian. From that point the puppy must be returned to ak’s qutesy doxies with papers or NO COMPENSATION will be given. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy. Ak’s qutesy doxies will not be responsible for ANY veterinarian fees or costs. Buyers acknowledges the health agreement and agrees to have puppy/dog checked or accept dog as is._______

Seller Guarantees the health of said puppy/dog from all life threatening genetic/hereditary diseases until 12 months of age. If said puppy/dog is found to have a life threatening genetic/hereditary disease breeder will replace puppy/dog with one of equal value upon copy of written diagnosis from buyers veterinarian. _______

The following conditions apply;

While Seller has made every effort to prevent defects or diseases from developing in the puppy/dog, no one can guarantee that they will not. Seller reserves the right to have puppy/dog examined by a Licensed Veterinarian of Sellers choice, to confirm the diagnosis at the Sellers expense. If Sellers Licensed Veterinarian disagrees that the puppy/dog suffers from a genetic defect the party shall agree on a neutral third Licensed Veterinarian, whose decision shall be binding. In the unfortunate event that the puppy/dog develops any of the aforementioned defects or disease, and upon receipt of written proof of diagnosis by a Licensed Veterinarian, as described above, Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement puppy/dog from the next available litter of the same quality. All transportation costs of said puppy/dog or replacement puppy/dog are the responsibility of the Buyer._______

If there is a Heart Defect of grade 3 or above heart murmur confirmed by echocardiogram, the diagnosis must be confirmed by a letter to Breeder or Breeders Veterinarian from a Board Certified Cardiologist stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital. If there is an Eye Defect the diagnosis must be confirmed by a letter to Breeder or Breeders Veterinarian from a Board Certified Ophthalmologist stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital. In the rare event of a confirmed Genetic Defect before the puppy is 1 year old, as listed above, the buyer has one of three options. 1. Return the puppy/dog to the Breeder for a refund of full purchase price. 2.Return the puppy/dog to the breeder for a replacement puppy/dog from the next available litter. 3. Get a refund of half the purchase price if retaining the puppy/dog. Transportation, Veterinarian and Medical care, including all testing and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Buyer._______

If the buyer chooses to keep the puppy/dog the Buyer must spay/neuter said dog at appropriate age and documentation of this by a licensed veterinarian along with a written conclusive diagnosis and the registration papers must be returned to the seller._______

This warranty does not cover accidents or issues that are not life threatening, such as intestinal parasites (I.E Coccidiosis, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms Roundworms, Kennel Cough, Skin and Ear bites, Allergies, Viral illnesses, Infections, Bites and umbilical hernia, Fungal infections, Hypoglycemia. any illness due to ingestion of foreign objects, chemicals or food, physical injury, excessive weight or intense exercise ( e.g., jogging, treadmill, stairs, agility training, etc. Or any disease/parasites/virus your puppy has contracted where point of exposure is impossible to determine. All puppies are wormed accordingly prior to leaving my home and will be declared parasite free per fecal testing/ health certificate by my veterinarian. . This health guarantee is granted to the original Buyer only and is not transferable to anyone else._______

Breeding before 1 year of age will void the one year health guarantee. _______

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO REST STOPS, PUBLIC PARKS, PET STORES, PUPPY CLASSES, WALKS AROUND THE BLOCK, OR ANY PUBLIC PLACES WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN CONTAMINATED BY SICK DOGS THAT MAY CARRY COMMON CANINE VIRUSES, BACTERIAL DISEASES ETC., UNTIL ALL PUPPY VACCINATIONS ARE GIVEN, THESE COMMON CANINE VIRUSES AND DISEASES ARE VERY CONTAGIOUS AND OFTEN DEADLY. Parvovirus is not covered in this health guarantee. If you are unaware of how deadly canine parvovirus(parvo) can be please please educate yourself prior to placing a deposit. _______

If death occurs during the health guarantee period, breeder requires a Necropsy for verification of cause of death by a Licensed Veterinarian at Buyer’s expense. If the current owner refuses a necropsy, no replacement puppy will be granted REGARDLESS of diagnosis. Necropsy MUST be completed to confirm cause of death._______

No Guarantees in regards to size, color, coat, shedding or temperament. Ak’s qutesy doxies will not cover CDA or Alopecia in dilutes (blue & isabella) or any other color as this can occur at any time. If this occurs it is not life threatening and will not occur in all dilute puppies/dogs. While I do my best in breeding trusted dilute lines there is always a risk for cda in any and all dilutes. I ensure that all dilute moms and dads in my breeding program have nice healthy coats._______

In any case, Sellers liability will never exceed the purchase price of the puppy/dog, for any reason whatsoever._______

Puppy/dog shall not be spayed/neutered before the age of 12 months and by doing such will end ak’s qutesy doxies health guarantee_______

Further guarantee is limited to the development of any serious, life threatening, congenital, or hereditary defects up to 12 months of age and is limited to the replacement of the puppy/dog, of same color/gender, with the next available litter. Written notification directly to the breeder from your veterinarian is required. Ak’s qutesy doxies will not be responsible for ANY Veterinarian fees or costs. I reserve the right to have the pup/dog returned for examination through my veterinarian._______

There is no guarantee or warranty the that the buyer will be able to show or breed the dog regardless of show or breeding potentials.______

I agree to not sell this dog or any puppies from this dog to a commercial breeder, broker, pet store, or auction. If you can no longer keep said dog, you must contact ak’s qutesy doxies and give ak’s qutesy doxies first chance to purchase or to help find a new home. ______

I the buyer have read this contract and understand fully the contents thereof and acknowledge receipt of it. I also agree that any legal dispute will be settled by the laws of Bay County Florida and in a court in Bay County Florida.______

If a deposit is placed on a dog I understand it is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and the remaining balance is due before the dog is picked up or shipment is made. If pup is being picked up by the buyer the remaining balance due will need to be in cash only. If pup is being picked up by someone other than the buyer the remaining balance must be paid in full 48 business hours prior to leaving my care. ______

I Apryl Koll, as the breeder of ak’s qutesy doxies, agree to provide the following documents with the purchase of a pup/dog.
